Adodong Manok

How to Cook Adobo?

1. Kill the chicken
2. Dress the chicken
3. Chop to small pieces
4. Boiled and wait until tender just add some seasoning MSG and Soy Sauce
5. Drain and Separate the meat

Part 2

1. Prepare 1 cloves of Garlic 
2. Chop 2 small onions
3. Salute to the a Fan
4. Add the Chicken Meat , pepper

5. Lastly add the Drain chicken stock
6. Wait until it merely dry and oily

 Dessert:

mango float

1.  Prepare the dish or Tupperware where you are going to put your mango float. You can use a square or rectangle shape of dish or Tupperware as long as it is big enough to accommodate your mangoes and graham.

Wash the mangoes thoroughly. This time, peel the mangoes. Slice the mangoes thinly and set it aside. Mix the Nestle cream and condensed milk together and set aside.

Put graham crackers at the bottom of the dish, evenly. You can break the crackers into pieces or you can lay it whole. Fill the bottom of the dish with graham crackers.

When the bottom of the dish are already filled with graham crackers, pour out 1/4 of the mixed condensed milk and cream over it. Spread it evenly.

Then lay the sliced mangoes on top of the graham and mixed cream/milk. Put the sliced mangoes evenly then pour out another 1/4 of the mixed milk/cream.

Repeat the same process. Put another layer of graham crackers, then mixed milk/cream and mangoes. You can make up to 3 layers of your ingredients.
The top layer must be the graham and milk/cream mixture.

Put in on the freezer for an hour or until it is hard enough. When it is already hard enough, take it out then slice and serve. This is very delicious, sweet and good desert.

The time goes by, it is accidentally that he enter my life. .In the first time i met him,i admit to myself that i feel so different for him..I ignored the feelings that exist because i know that we are not compatible each other..But later on,our friendship become stronger.The time comes that he court me.I'm not prepared that time but i accept his proposal.During that time,I told myself not to be confident to him.Hinayaan ko lng na our relationship will continue to exist.they said nga na don't expect too much because sometimes expecting too much can hurt too much also..months,days,hours,minutes,seconds passed we know each other.In that time,i know that meron syang relationship na hindi natapus w/ someone else.In that time,I decided na xa mismo ang pumili and he choose me..I'm so happy sa naging disisyon nya but besides i felt sad coz may nasaktan kami..Now,were happy for our relationship.I hope that we will last forever.Thank you so much for all the good things you've done to me.I really appreciated that you came into my life.My love for you defines forever.Thank god i found him.

                  It is human nature to be afraid of being alone, and sometimes in our most troubled times we feel deserted by our family and closest friends. It is at times like these that we most need the companionship and love of those people close to us.   Perhaps we are carrying burdens that we don't wish to discuss with someone else, or maybe we don't wish to share our own troubles and sorrows on someone else. Don't be afraid of being alone because God is always there to guide and protect us..let us put ourselves to him always because he is happy that we are live by him.there is time that we are in the lowest point,that is normal in our life that sometimes we are in the top and sometimes in the lowest point.Don't lost hope because god will picks us and carry us.Don't be afraid to ask god for help.Never fear to ask him of his love because no matter you have done he is always there to love you.In the face of uncertainty there is nothing wrong with hope.

              In times of deepest despair, when all others avenues appear to have failed, the one source of rescue that would always work was to turn to God, the maker of heaven and earth, for whom nothing is impossible.  And so, in your own time of trouble, despite all of your own efforts, when you are tired of the struggle, and when you are weary from the fight, lift your own eyes to the hills and seek the glory of God Almighty to come to your aid.

Life is either a great adventure or nothing.Our life is full of adventure. .sometimes,were having some decision that we are not sure the consequences or the result.Destiny is not a choice, it is a chance.
It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.

Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside of us while we live.

Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal .

Family''

When we say family,what comes in our mind? family is a basic social unit consisting of parents and their children, considered as a group, whether dwelling together or not.

Filipinos highly value the presence of their families more than anything. Regardless of the liberal influence they have gotten from the west, the family remained the basic unit of their society. This trait clearly shows among Filipinos abroad who suffer homesickness and tough work just to support their families back home in the Philippines. 

In a traditional Filipino family, the father is considered the head and the provider of the family while the mother takes responsibility of the domestic needs and in charge of the emotional growth and values formation of the children. They both perform different tasks and being remarked separately by the children. Children see their mothers soft and calm, while they regard their fathers as strong and the most eminent figure in the family.
 

Because of this remarkable closeness, parents sometimes have difficulties letting go of their children and thus results to having them stay for as long as they want. For this somehow explains why grandparents are commonly seen living with their children in the Philippines. Unlike the way people grow old in the west where they are provided with outside homes and care giving, Filipino elderly enjoy their remaining lives inside their houses with their children and grandchildren looking after them.

Another trait Filipinos made themselves exceptional from others is their strong respect for elders. Children are taught from birth how to say “po” and “opo” to teach them as early as possible how to properly respect their elders. These words are used to show respect to people of older level. Even adults will be criticized for not using these words when speaking with their parents or people older than them. Inside the family, the parents are expected to receive the highest respect from the children along with the elder siblings; as they are given more responsibilities to look after younger siblings when parents are not around.

Children fighting back or addressing parents or elder siblings with arrogant tone are not at all tolerated. They are also not allowed to leave the house without their parents’ permission. Upon arriving home, conservative families expect children to practice the kissing of hands or placing their parents or elder family members’ hand to their foreheads with the words “mano po” as a sort of greeting.

Even after finishing school, Filipino children are not obliged to get out of their homes unless they want to. In fact, most of them keep their close relationship to their parents by staying at least before they get married. Leaving them happens only when they really have to, but usually, at least one child, depending on his willingness and financial capabilities, stay even after marriage to support and look after their aging parents.

More over, Filipinos keep close connection with other relatives. They recognize them from 2nd degree to the last they can identify. As Filipinos say, “not being able to know a relative is like turning their backs from where they come from.” so,take good care of what family we have now..god bless us all!
